Keira and Josh’s wedding was the perfect celebration of summer - elegant, romantic, and filled with beautiful flowers. Set at the local Church of St Mary the Virgin next to Grittleton House, they chose a soft and refined colour palette of whites and pale yellows with delicate blue accents which was a personal touch to pay tribute to beloved family members.
Their intimate ceremony at the church was nothing short of magical. To complement its historic aesthetic, we designed two statement floral arrangements that framed the altar beautifully. Peonies were specially requested by the bride as her favourite flowers which we blended with garden roses, hydrangeas, scented stocks, and phlox create a soft yet dramatic feel that enhanced the setting of the Church.

We thoughtfully chose to add blue and white accents in the floral designs to tied in the tones of the stunning stained glass windows reflecting this colour scheme throughout their ceremony space. The result was a breathtaking focal point that felt both timeless and personal for their vows.

After the ceremony the celebration moved to Grittleton House where we wanted the space to feel intimate yet grand. The orangery with its open sides, had a beautiful alfresco Italian feel. We chose to design their wedding flower arrangements to reflect the airy, bright Orangery setting where we enhanced the space further by placing tall trees throughout the space to add height and movement. The complimenting elegant floral arrangements softened the surroundings, bringing a natural and enchanted garden feel to their reception which was just as Keira and Josh envisioned.
Each round table was adorned with floral centerpieces in soft whites, creams, and pale blues, mirroring the crisp white linens and vases, whilst the gold-toned chairs and candlelight added warmth and an enhancing romantic ambiance.

For K&J their wedding flower arrangements weren’t just about aesthetics; they carried personal meanings as well. The colour, shades and types of flowers were all chosen with the intention of honouring Keira’s family and bringing a sense of warmth and connection to the day.
This summer wedding was perfect in more ways than one, and even when the British summer weather brought with us a little rain, nothing could dampen their spirits!
Keira and Josh’s wedding was a true celebration of love in a truly beautiful setting, and we were so grateful to be part of bringing their vision to life. The combination of meaningful colour choices, seasonal blooms, and elegant designs made for an unforgettable day.
