Mia and Tom were married on a gorgeous sunny September day at Eastington Park, surrounded by family, friends, and the most beautiful early autumn light. With the ceremony held outdoors at the gazebo and a warm, elegant colour palette running throughout the day, this wedding was a perfect celebration of seasonal wedding flowers and timeless styling.

An Outdoor Ceremony at Eastington Park

The couple were lucky enough to enjoy a dry, sunny day, allowing their ceremony to take place outside at Eastington Park’s picturesque gazebo. To frame the space, we designed two large urn arrangements, overflowing with seasonal flowers in soft ivory, taupe, and toffee tones.

These statement urns created a natural focal point for the ceremony while complementing the surrounding gardens perfectly. Outdoor ceremonies like this are always a joy to design for, especially in early autumn when flowers have such richness and texture.

A Warm Autumn Colour Palette

Mia and Tom chose a sophisticated colour scheme of ivory, taupe, brown, toffee, and navy, which worked beautifully for a September wedding. The palette felt warm and elegant without being overpowering, and it allowed the flowers to sit seamlessly alongside the venue’s interiors.

The bridesmaids wore stunning rust-coloured satin dresses, which the florals complemented perfectly. The warm tones of the flowers echoed the richness of the dresses, creating a cohesive look across the day that photographed beautifully.

Seasonal & British-Grown Wedding Flowers

Wherever possible, we used British-grown flowers sourced from our local growers, alongside a small selection of seasonal imports. This mix allows us to work with the best of what’s available while still achieving a refined, luxury finish.

One standout flower was the ever-popular Toffee rose, which added soft caramel tones and a romantic feel to the arrangements. Combined with seasonal blooms and foliage, the flowers felt abundant, natural, and perfectly suited to an early autumn wedding.

A Statement Floral Staircase

One of the real showstoppers of the day was the full floral staircase installation. Designed to flow naturally along the bannister, the staircase was filled with roses, seasonal flowers, and trailing foliage.

It quickly became a talking point for guests, with many commenting not only on how beautiful it looked but also on the incredible scent as they entered the venue. Statement installations like this are a wonderful way to create impact and atmosphere, particularly in venues with grand architectural features.

Simple, Elegant Wedding Breakfast Styling

The wedding breakfast took place in Eastington Park’s beautiful ballroom. To keep the space feeling light and elegant, we opted for simple table designs that allowed the room itself to shine. Each table featured: Small bud vases of seasonal flowers, gold candlesticks, softly glowing tapered dinner candles.

This understated approach added warmth and intimacy to the space without overwhelming the tables, proving that simple wedding flower designs can still feel incredibly special.

A Beautiful Autumn Wedding at Eastington Park

Mia and Tom’s wedding was a wonderful example of how autumn wedding flowers can be both warm and timeless. From the outdoor ceremony urns to the statement staircase and elegant ballroom tables, every element worked together to create a relaxed yet refined celebration.

If you’re planning a wedding at Eastington Park and looking for a florist who specialises in seasonal, natural wedding flowers, I’d love to hear from you.
