Creating bespoke and personalised floral designs is my passion, but I not only craft floral arrangements to complement your venue, but I also curate and design the whole aesthetic and style of your wedding day.
The vision for this beautiful marquee on the grounds of Farleigh House was to create a vibe of understated luxury and timeless elegance. From the moment I started to create the concept for this wedding marquee, my goal was clear—to infuse every corner with the vibrant energy of summer while maintaining an air of sophistication and refinement.
At the core of my design philosophy lies a deep appreciation for the beauty of seasonal blooms. For this particular wedding design, 95% of the flowers I selected were local British blooms, each one adding its own unique charm and personality to the floral displays around the marquee. From the delicate petals of English roses to the whimsical style of wildflowers and greenery, every stem was carefully chosen for its style, colour and summer aesthetic.
From handpicking paisley-patterned linens to the beautifully textured placemats, every element of the table design was thoughtfully chosen to enhance the overall design of the marquee. The goal was to create harmony between the patterns, textures, colours and florals to transform the marquee into a luxury summer celebration space with bespoke details and captivating blooms.
The real focus of this wedding was on the design—the style, the aesthetics and the overall vibe. I immersed myself in the creative process, channelling my passion for design into every aspect of the decor. From the placement of each bloom to the selection of furniture and light shades, every detail was carefully considered to ensure an overall elegant and romantic effect.
Creating the perfect atmosphere in a venue extends far beyond just the floral designs. To truly create an inviting and stunning atmosphere I look at the design of the whole wedding and all the small details that make up your wedding day. I work closely with my couples to curate a cohesive vibe and style by meticulously crafting every aspect of the design to ensure a one-of-a-kind immersive experience. From accompanying my couples on venue visits to creating mood boards and sketching mock-ups, I help my couples achieve their dream design-led wedding.
But perhaps the most rewarding part of my work is the opportunity to collaborate with couples and bring their wedding to life. I believe in a hands-on approach, working closely with each couple to understand their vision. Together, we embark on a journey of creativity and exploration, weaving their love story and personal style into every floral arrangement and design element.
